We were impressed by the efficiency of the team deployed to audit our trust, alongside the robust systems and processes that BHP have in place The effectiveness of the Inflo system enhanced the information gathering by your team, and once we had mastered the use of it (and uploaded the hundreds of documents), your team simply collected what they required from the system This is so very different to our experience with our previous auditors, whereby we were constantly being asked for explanations, documents, scans and downloads - and often the same query multiple times by different members of the audit team
