Wasabi sells Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage, an S3-compatible object storage service used for backup, long-term retention, archiving and AI datasets. It positions the service as a single storage tier with one rate for capacity and no separate fees for egress or API requests.

The company states that it operates 16 storage regions across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, deployed in data centres it describes as certified to SOC 2, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS. The service works with common backup tools such as Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik and Cohesity, and Wasabi describes immutability options for regulatory holds. Buyers manage buckets themselves through the S3 API and a web console; the company also mentions private cloud co-location options on request.

There are two purchase routes. Pay as You Go is billed monthly with a basic support plan, and Reserved Capacity Storage is bought in one, three or five-year terms with greater discounts and a premium support plan. According to its pricing page in October 2026, Pay as You Go starts at $7.99 per terabyte per month, and a 30-day free trial is offered.
