Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is the public cloud of Oracle. It sells compute, storage and networking billed by usage, along with Oracle database services, and includes government and European Union sovereign regions.
Its public-cloud-regions page names Phoenix in the United States, Frankfurt in Germany, London and Newport (government) in the United Kingdom, Sydney in Australia, Mumbai in India, Tokyo in Japan and Madrid in Spain, and states that 14 countries have two or more regions. Its government and sovereign regions are separate from the commercial regions and typically carry their own eligibility rules, so buyers in regulated sectors should confirm which region applies to them.
A Free Tier exists, and no prices are shown on the regions page. Pricing depends on the service and region, and a buyer should use the provider's own calculator for estimates.
