Signup Zone

Signup Zone is a web tool for coordinating volunteers that works much like a paper sign-up sheet, but online. An organiser can start building a sheet without creating an account.

What Signup Zone offers

• Standard signups — volunteers open a link and add their names.
• Sign-in option — users log in first, so nobody can see or change other people's details.
• Overview page — a welcome page for big events with many sign-up sheets.
• Custom URL — an address of the organiser's choosing for a sign-up.
• Live updates — names appear as other people add them.
• Editor — a visual layout editor that shows the sheet as it will appear.
