The MVC Private Equity Fund, L P (“The PE Fund”) invested in private equity opportunities involving the purchase of 10% or more of the voting securities of companies that (i) were expected at the time of the initial investment to not require more than $20 million in aggregate capital from the MVC PE Fund over time and (ii) had annual revenues and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”) under $200 million and $25 million, respectively The PE Fund has completed its investment period and is in the process of selling its two remaining portfolio companies
