Oleg is a Partner at TA Ventures based in Los Angeles Oleg focuses on deal sourcing in the US, West Coast and Ukraine with a core interest in Consumer Tech and provides added value to the portfolio companies Oleg has more than 6 years of experience in Startups and Venture-building (co-founded Concepter HQ – an accelerator and venture builder in Consumer Tech) Oleg obtained a master's degree in Computer science at the Donetsk National Technical University and the University of Portsmouth

Pawel is a Venture Partner at TA Ventures, mainly responsible for the fund’s activity in Western Europe and Israel with a special interest in Mobility/Automotive Tech and Digital Health Pawel has more than 10 years of experience in Startups & VC Before joining TA Ventures in early 2017, he worked in operational and VC roles at Rocket Internet and Creathor Ventures Pawel earned his master’s degree in Media Management from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz

Eveline is a Venture Partner at TA Ventures based in Boston, primarily focusing on deal sourcing in the US, East Coast with a special interest in DeepTech/Industry Tech Eveline is former Managing Partner at One Way Ventures, Director for the Techstars Boston program She launched and was the Managing Partner for Eastlabs accelerator based in Kyiv Prior to her general management years, Eveline worked 10 years as a process and control systems engineer in several projects for the industrial gas industry She earned her B S from UC Berkeley, M S from the State University of New York, and MBA from INSEAD
