Oltre Impact is the first impact fund manager in Italy, supported by a strong investor base with key institutional investors such as the European Investment Fund (EIF), Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), Banca Intesasanpaolo and main Italian family offices

With the Oltre I and Oltre II vehicles, to date it has invested over 50 million euros in 30 social impact companies, addressing fundamental individuals’ needs Our managing partners, Luciano Balbo (President) and Lorenzo Allevi (CEO) have worked together since 2006, and the investment team holds 50+ cumulative years of experience in the field

Oltre set up a third fund, Oltre III, with a first closing of € 53M and a final collection target of € 100M As of today, we have already secured ca € 77M In 12 months, the fund has invested € 19M (25% of fund commitment) in 7 SMEs

Oltre III Fund is classified under Article 9 of the EU Regulations

With this third vehicle, Oltre strengthens its investment strategy towards companies of significant size and with high development potential The fund will invest both in growth equity and in acquisitions of companies which are pursuing impact models and operating in high growth sectors

Overall, we have been managing over € 120M through three investment vehicles.
