iTWO costX

iTWO costX is estimating software, formerly known as CostX. It measures quantities from scanned images, PDF and CAD drawings, and can generate quantities automatically from 3D or BIM models. An estimator opens a drawing or model, measures the items needed, and builds the estimate in a workbook whose rows stay linked to the measurements, so a change to the takeoff carries through to the estimate.
