Everglory Logistics

Air, sea and truck freight from Asian hubs

Working between North America and Asia, Everglory Logistics offers full-service logistics. It was founded in February 2011 by managers who came from an Asian freight forwarder with a wide global footprint. The firm says its owners and managers have decades of experience, and that its staff average more than a decade in the industry and speak several languages.

Its Asian headquarters are in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taiwan, and it describes its network of offices in the United States and in strategic Asian cities as the reason shippers get consistent representation across the region.

International air and sea freight

The firm moves shipments of any shape and size by air and by sea between countries. Its freight services are built around carrier contracts: it holds space with ocean and air carriers, which it says gives confirmed capacity even when the market is tight. Its volumes also give it access to competitive spot and charter pricing, which it passes on to clients whose shipping rates are under pressure.

Domestic truck and rail

Within a country, the firm arranges truck and rail transport for freight. It presents these services as the land leg of its wider offer, so that a shipment can move from one mode to another under one arrangement.

Customs clearance and door-to-door delivery

Customs clearance is built into the logistics service rather than sold separately. The firm says this gives the client a door-to-door delivery of cargo, with the paperwork and clearance handled alongside the transport.

Storage, cross docking and fulfillment

The warehouse side covers cross docking, storage and eCommerce fulfillment and distribution. A client can use simple cross docking or storage, or a more complex set of fulfillment and distribution handling. The firm also lists third-party logistics (3PL) services among its areas of work.

Growth and how it sees the business

The firm says it has grown in tonnage and revenue every year since it began. It describes its relationship with clients as one of shared success, in which the growth of the client's business is the measure of its own. It also says that its leadership draws on experience from one of Asia's larger freight forwarding companies.
