EasyParcel Sdn Bhd

One platform for comparing and booking couriers

EasyParcel is an online delivery platform in Malaysia, operated by a company registered as a Sdn Bhd. It lets senders compare delivery rates from a range of couriers, then book domestic and international parcels and follow them on one dashboard. The platform is built for online shops, growing firms and people who post parcels, and the company says it offers one place where a shipment can be quoted, booked and followed.

Rate comparison across many couriers

The firm says it compares rates from more than 60 couriers for domestic and international deliveries, so a sender can see the options for a parcel before booking. Charges are based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, and the site provides a volumetric weight calculator and a delivery rate checker for quotes. Quotes and bookings can be made at any time of day, and the company describes its service as pay as you go.

Single and bulk booking

Senders can book one parcel at a time or upload a spreadsheet to ship many at once. The site describes uploading an Excel file to ship up to 300 parcels at once. Air waybills can be created quickly, and the platform keeps track of each shipment from start to finish.

Store integrations and branded tracking

Online sellers can link their store so that orders flow through to the platform automatically, which the firm presents as a way to speed up booking. Integrations with WooCommerce and Shopify are among those listed. Customers can receive tracking messages by SMS and email, and senders can add their own branding to shipping labels and air waybills. The firm also offers a developer API and shipping integration tools for businesses that build their own systems.

Pick-up, drop-off and parcel insurance

The company lists pick-up services and drop-off points, and provides a locator to help senders find the nearest drop-off point. Parcels can be insured for their value through three options, Basic Coverage, InsurePlus and EasyCover. The site also explains that the weight charged is the higher of actual and volumetric weight, so senders know how their parcel will be priced.

Who the platform is for

The site names online stores, small and medium enterprises, and sectors such as accounting firms, hotels, hospitals, law firms, pharmacies, printers, retailers and universities as users. Businesses use the platform for regular shipments, and individuals use it to send parcels for personal reasons.
