Cahoot

Cahoot is a software platform that helps online sellers manage what happens after a customer clicks buy. It joins shipping, inventory, order routing, returns and delivery tracking in one system.

The company argues that many brands stitch together separate warehouses, shipping tools, freight brokers and returns software, which lets costs go unnoticed.

What Cahoot offers

• Shipping optimisation — AI-assisted choices on carriers and services.
• Distributed fulfilment — inventory placed and orders routed across several locations.
• Global transportation — freight and cross-border movement in the same platform.
• Carrier billing recovery — spotting surcharges and invoice errors and claiming them back.
• Returns and post-purchase workflows — handling returns and delivery-date promises.

Who it works with

Growing ecommerce brands, including Shopify merchants and sellers on Amazon. An earlier version of the offer let merchants with strong operations fulfil orders for other sellers through a peer network.
