33 Grados Sur

33 Grados Sur is a software and services firm whose main product, Simon, watches servers, networks and applications and reports on their health. Its material is aimed at organisations running many machines, including retailers with in-store operator and cashier systems.

What 33 Grados Sur offers

• Real-time monitoring: Simon refreshes network, performance and resource statistics for each machine every few seconds and keeps history for audits and analysis.
• Alerting without installs: the simplest setup flags failed connections to servers and services with no software to deploy.
• Agents for deeper checks: agents are available for Linux, Windows and 4690 platforms.
• Dashboard and reports: a configurable control panel groups servers and incidents, and statistics and alerts arrive by email as PDF files or through Telegram.
• Store operations tools: central creation of operators and cashiers, message-queue supervision, remote checks on critical files, software distribution and repository sync.
• Related services: management support, training and big data analytics, plus an alerts API for linking Simon to other applications.
