Black Piano

Black Piano builds remote teams for UK businesses using staff based in India. The firm finds and vets candidates, becomes their legal employer, and then places them to work only for the client, much like permanent staff.

What Black Piano offers

• Recruitment: sourcing and screening candidates for a client's open roles.
• Employer of record: Black Piano employs the hires itself, so the client avoids setting up as an employer in India.
• HR and payroll: running payroll, handling HR tasks and supplying laptops.
• Retention support: ongoing work to keep placed employees engaged and motivated.

Who it serves

It serves British businesses that want remote staff for roles such as sales and client services, without taking on the employment admin themselves.
