Roomzilla

Roomzilla is a booking system for meeting rooms, desks and other shared assets. It pairs a website with tablet displays outside rooms so people can see availability and reserve on the spot.

What Roomzilla offers

• Room, desk and equipment booking — reserve and manage resources in one place.
• Room displays — works on Android tablets and iPads showing live availability.
• Check-in and auto-cancellation — releases rooms when meetings do not go ahead.
• Mobile access — users manage reservations from their phones, and QR codes cover places where a tablet cannot be installed.
• Reporting and guidance — the vendor also publishes articles on hot desking and workplace management.

Who it works with

Offices, venues, classrooms and even home offices, according to the vendor.
