Kinfirm

Kinfirm is a software development company that builds customer self-service portals, business management systems and AI-based tools. It programs mainly in Laravel and WordPress. The firm starts from the client's business problem and only then turns to technology.

What Kinfirm offers

• Custom software development — builds systems to a client's own requirements.
• Self-service portals — creates customer-facing portals with distinct functionality.
• Business management systems — builds internal systems for running operations.
• AI solutions — advises on which tasks to give to artificial intelligence and where people should stay involved.
• Discovery and planning — analyses a client's business and sector before a build, for teams not yet sure what to build.

Who it works with

It works with businesses at three stages: before a project is defined, when planning is needed, and when a partner is wanted to carry out the build.
