JTS Tech Services

JTS Tech Services is a technology studio based in Toronto that builds agentic systems and intelligent software alongside a broader range of technical services. Its work includes UI/UX and web design, custom software built on frameworks such as React and Next.js, Shopify and WordPress platform builds, integrations and e-commerce, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, and security services such as authentication and hardening. The firm has built its own agentic commerce platform, CortexCommerce, along with an app called CortexGuard that is listed on the Shopify App Store. Its team has previously worked in enterprise AI and engineering roles, including at a global e-commerce company, at a grocery and pharmacy retailer, and at a book and lifestyle retailer, and cites results such as lower cloud costs and sales gains from machine-learning forecasting at those firms.
