Hello, I am Josef, the founding geek of JCCS Computer Consulting Services, I have been involved with personal computers since 1985
I worked many years for a hard drive repair company (Yes, when 20MB hard drives cost a few hundred Dollars, we actually repaired them!) I have been living in electronics and computers for most of my life, from building TV studios, repairing test equipment to building and fixing computers
After being asked by my friends if I could fix their computers, I decided to start my own business - and that is my story!

This days more than ever time is money, and you don't want to disconnect your computer and peripherals and drag it across town to have it fixed!
We always offered "house calls"
In fact we recommend it, because many times the problem may be with your setup or pheripherals
Except for a few situations like datarecovery it is best if we can inspect your complete setup!
Technology has advanced quite a bit, and many times we can fix your problems remotely! We offer remote service for many years now!
We charge the same amount per hour, but you will save on travel charges, and many times during the remote repair process, we can jump on to another remote client, and don't have to charge you while your system is chrunching away, where if we would be onsite we have to charge for the time we are waiting

We have kept our hourly charge the same for many years, and are extremly competitive to other computer services
We do charge a small fee for travel when distance exceeds certain milage from our location to yours

As an alternative remote connection we also use "AnyDesk"
