Imaging101, Inc.

Imaging101, Inc. supplies document and content management software, plus the services around it, for organisations that want to cut down on paper. Its Argon ECM product is an enterprise content management system used through a browser or a desktop client. The company says its staff have worked in this field since 1977.

What Imaging101, Inc. offers

• Argon ECM — an archive where users search, view, print, mark up and share documents from any browser, with a desktop client for heavier work.
• Document capture — scanning, drag-and-drop, watched folders, mass import and web services turn paper, email and media files into batches ready for indexing.
• Markup and redaction — highlights, redactions, arrows and notes sit in protected layers, so the original file is never altered.
• Security and audit trail — connections are encrypted and every open, print and send is logged.
• Consulting and support — education, back-file conversion and technical support alongside the software.

Who it works with

Departments and whole enterprises replacing paper filing as part of wider process improvement.
