Gruppo Maggioli is an Italian group built around Maggioli S.p.A., which is the parent company. It supplies software, information technology and services that help public administrations, professionals and companies simplify their processes. The group calls itself a family company run by four generations, with more than 120 years of history, and uses the motto "innovators by tradition". What it does

The group organises its offer by market: public administration, independent professionals, private companies, smart cities, public service operators, cultural institutions and museums, universities, and healthcare. Its software list includes Sicraweb EVO for local government, Concilia for police work, an e-procurement suite for tenders and contracts, and citizen service tools such as Municipium and a multi-service online counter. The group says it has more than 3,500 employees, more than 45,000 customers, more than 70 offices and branches in Italy and abroad, 10 research and development centres and more than 25,000 installed software systems. It operates in Italy, Spain, Colombia, Belgium and Greece. Recent corporate moves named on its site include buying the cloud company Kiratech, a 60% stake in Collectives of Greece, and a 20% stake in the artificial intelligence health company Dataimed. It states a target of 500 million in revenue by 2027.
