Grid Dynamics Digital Team

Grid Dynamics Digital Team is the global team service of Grid Dynamics. It assembles remote software developers for companies that want to extend an existing technical team or start a new one from scratch.

Services

• Team building: clients share requirements and receive a group of pre-screened engineers matched to the project.
• Team extension: adds experienced developers to strengthen an in-house unit.
• Delegated product development: lets clients hand over a build and focus on priorities and results rather than managing individuals.
• Relocated development: moves software development work to another location with local engineers.

Customers and markets

Companies that find it hard to hire developers locally, need a scarce skill, or want a flexible model that scales quickly. Clients keep using the tools and methods they already know. A testimonial on the page mentions developers based in Ukraine.
