Conperio Technology Solutions

Conperio Technology Solutions builds manufacturing execution systems (MES) that give manufacturers a live view of what is happening on the plant floor. The company positions MES as the layer that handles how production is carried out, sitting beneath ERP systems that manage the business side, and it links IT and engineering work to join the two.

What Conperio Technology Solutions offers

• MES software — real-time tracking of plant-floor activity and the progress of router operations.
• Capacity and scheduling — operations scheduling and a view of capacity that accounts for every constraint.
• Planned versus actual — comparing planned orders against what production actually delivered.
• What-if simulation — testing the effect of new or changed orders before committing to them.
• Track and trace — tracing manufactured products and replacing spreadsheets and paper records.
• Crucion — continuous, on-site operational intelligence for industrial plants.
