Biztactix

Biztactix designs and builds custom software for businesses, working from Melbourne since 1998. Alongside development projects, the firm places its own engineers inside client teams and gives technical advice. Its developers are all Melbourne-based rather than offshore, so clients work with them in the same timezone.

What Biztactix does

• Custom development: applications shaped around how a client's business already runs, rather than forcing the business to fit the software.
• Contract developers: engineers embedded in an existing team for as long as the client needs them.
• Technical consulting: advice on system architecture, choosing technologies and digital transformation.

Who it serves

Biztactix takes on one-off builds, ongoing contract placements and short advisory jobs, with no long-term lock-in. Client comments on its site mention a custom inventory system that replaced three separate tools, and a senior .NET developer placed in a client team within a week.
