Anecom Inc

Anecom Inc develops software for the art industry, centred on the Art Logistics Management System (AIMS). The product automates the core processes of companies that ship, store and crate artworks, and it has been in use for sixteen years.

What Anecom Inc offers

• Estimates and workflow — quotes built from templates and rates, with jobs tracked across departments.
• Inventory and storage — barcode labelling, mobile scanning, warehouse space mapping and occupancy-based rental charges.
• Shipping and crating — booking and dispatch for local transport, shuttles and international forwarding, plus crate tracking.
• Condition and billing — artwork status and damage reports, time and material capture, and split or multi-party invoicing.
• Mobile apps and reporting — iOS and Android apps for field teams and scheduled reports for managers.
• Fine Art Logistics Portal — a cloud portal for managing collections, exhibition projects and requests to registered vendors.

Who it works with

AIMS is aimed at art logistics companies, while the portal serves collectors, artists and projects such as travelling exhibitions.
