MF License Center

MF License Center is now LicenseCheck, a service powered by IGEN. It lets tax and compliance teams look up and check licences and certificates before using them in excise tax work.

The tool sits alongside existing tax software rather than replacing it. It automates licence checks so tax determination, returns and reporting rest on valid records.

Main features

• Central licence search: one place to search federal, state and local licence lists by company, licence or state.
• Validation before use: checks licences before they feed tax calculations, schedules or returns.
• Change visibility: shows cancelled, expired and newly issued licences.
• Private lists: pulls in private-access lists from jurisdictions where the customer holds licences, kept separate from other clients.
• Data export: downloads in CSV or XLSX, with API access for ERP and back-office links.
