Convo is a real-time assistant for salespeople and customer-success teams, from the company at itsconvo.com. It listens to a live call and puts the next move on the seller's own screen while the conversation is still happening: how to handle an objection, the buying signals worth catching such as budget, timing and who decides, the question that has not been asked yet, and the answer to a prospect's question pulled from the company's own documents. After the call it captures the risks, the next steps and the follow-ups, drafts the follow-up message and syncs the contact, notes and tasks to the CRM. The company positions it against call-recording tools that only review a conversation after it ends, and notes that it runs on the seller's own screen where nobody else on the call sees it. It works on Mac and Windows with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex. Published prices are Starter at $22.49 per user a month billed annually ($29.99 monthly), Professional at $52.49 billed annually ($69.99 monthly) and a custom Enterprise tier, with no seat minimum.
