Dentemp Agency New York

Dentemp Agency New York supplies staff to dental practices across Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City. The agency has been working with dental offices since 1987 and fills both short-term cover and permanent roles. It also helps dental workers who are looking for their next job.

What Dentemp Agency New York does

• Temporary dental staff: cover for assistants, hygienists, receptionists and dentists when a practice is short.
• Permanent placement: recruitment for practices that want to add a long-term member of the team.
• Temp-to-perm roles: trial placements that can turn into a permanent job for the candidate.
• Same-day and emergency cover: urgent requests are filled where possible, with an out-of-hours message line.
• Candidate matching: the agency asks practices about their specialty, tools, software and patient timing, then screens candidates against those needs.
