Dental Dynamic Staffing

Dental Dynamic Staffing, often shortened to DDS, has matched dental professionals with practices since 2004. It works across the United States and combines a mobile app with a staff team that handles vetting and paperwork, employing its professionals on W-2 terms.

Services

• Permanent placement: vetted hires for dental offices, backed by a 90-day guarantee on each placement.
• Contract, temporary and locum cover: from same-day substitutes to longer cover for holidays, maternity leave or illness.
• Temp-to-hire: trying a professional in the practice before a permanent offer.
• Payroll handling: the agency runs payroll, insurance and admin for the staff it supplies.
• DDS app: professionals build a profile, choose shifts and search radius, and submit timesheets, while practices post requests and track them in a calendar.

Customers and markets

DDS serves dental practices of every size, including dental service organisations, and dentists, hygienists, assistants and admin staff seeking permanent jobs or extra shifts.
