Connetics USA

Connetics USA recruits nurses from outside the United States for permanent roles in American hospitals and healthcare facilities. It is part of AMN Healthcare International and aims to ease the US nursing shortage by matching registered nurses with direct-hire positions.

What Connetics USA offers

• Direct-hire nursing placements — long-term jobs with US employers on the same pay and benefits as American colleagues.
• Green card support — nurses and their dependants usually move under an EB-3 immigrant visa, with partner immigration attorneys guiding each step.
• Job matching — placing registered nurses, operating room and emergency room nurses, med-surg and staff nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Immigration resources — guides and updates on the US immigration process for foreign-educated nurses.
• Contract staffing via a sister firm — O'Grady Peyton International offers three-year staffing contracts as an alternative to direct hire.

Who it works with

Connetics USA works with internationally educated registered nurses seeking US careers, and with American hospitals and healthcare institutions that need nursing staff.
