CCS Construction Staffing places skilled trade workers with contractors that need extra crews, often at short notice. Originally focused on the US Southeast, it now describes its staffing as nationwide, covering commercial, industrial and heavy construction sites.

• Same-day and next-day labour: fast placements when project schedules change.
• Site follow-up: staff who visit sites and check in with crews after a placement.
• Compliance and payroll: E-Verify, Davis-Bacon requirements, onboarding, payroll and CCIP/OCIP coverage handled for the client.
