Focused Staffing

Focused Staffing is a recruitment agency set up by founders who felt that agency recruiting too often chased speed at the expense of quality. It chose to concentrate on the quality of candidates it puts forward instead, and it says it backs that approach with its own placement statistics.

Services

• Finance recruitment: filling roles in finance teams.
• HR recruitment: sourcing candidates for human resources positions.
• Operations recruitment: hiring for operations roles.
• Support for internal teams: working alongside a company's own talent acquisition staff rather than replacing them.

Customers and markets

The agency works with employers that have in-house talent acquisition teams, including companies that were previously wary of using outside recruiters.
