AssessPro

AssessPro is property assessment software made by Patriot Properties. It is a computer-assisted mass appraisal system, known as CAMA, that helps assessors work out property values and produce a tax roll that can be defended.

The software was first written to meet the in-house appraisal needs of the company's own valuation experts. It has since grown to serve hundreds of jurisdictions across the United States.

What AssessPro does

• Real Estate module: the core of the system, used to determine property values.
• Personal Property: works from the same database as Real Estate so staff can switch between the two easily.
• GISPro Viewer: a mapping viewer built into the product so spatial data sits beside each account.
• SketchPro: a drawing tool for sketching and measuring building footprints.
• Add-on modules: mobile data collection, online filing, homestead handling, online personal property and income and expense tools.

Assessing offices in communities of all sizes. Patriot Properties also provides revaluation and data verification services to local governments in Massachusetts and the wider New England area.
