Runrun.it

Runrun.it is a process and project management tool that gathers requests, tasks, files and discussion for a team in a single workspace. Its current pitch adds AI agents that carry out routine operational steps inside the workflow.

What Runrun.it offers

• Task views — task lists, Kanban boards and Gantt charts, so people can work the way they prefer.
• Request forms — no-code custom forms and custom fields collect complete information when work is first requested.
• Templates and automation — project and task templates standardise routines, and AI warns when a project is likely to slip.
• Deadlines and alerts — service levels, deadlines and automatic notices for delays or inactivity.
• Dashboards — real-time views of team workload and progress.
• Collaboration — approvals, messages and external feedback are kept on the task itself.
