21 September 2026 — Adlib Software, a US document-automation and data-governance vendor backed by Diversis Capital, said it has agreed to acquire Paperbox, a Ghent, Belgium-based company whose agentic AI turns inbound insurance email, portal submissions and attachments into structured claims and policy-service tasks. The companies announced the deal jointly on PR Newswire on 21 September 2026 and did not disclose financial terms.
