The service department is as available and responsive as the sales department We needed some help learning the program and needed some customization It was all done in a timely manner I had forgotten to add one of our clinicians as a TheraScribe user prior to our first training session I dropped an email to TheraScribe explaining my predicament just before starting the training and the clinician was up and running during the first hour of the training The program is working well for us and the service is outstanding
