Distribution Alternatives

Distribution Alternatives is a third-party logistics company operating fulfilment facilities in Los Angeles, Minneapolis and Houston. The company says it has been helping brands with fulfilment for more than 90 years, offering warehousing, order fulfilment and shipping services intended for omnichannel and e-commerce brands. Its technology includes a proprietary warehouse management system, a parcel shipping platform it calls TechShip, and integrations built with a partner called Extensiv, which it says together provide automated rate shopping, label creation and real-time order tracking across a client's sales channels. The company describes its warehouse network as designed to let brands reach customers with faster delivery and lower shipping costs by locating inventory closer to end customers across the United States. It also offers kitting and other value-added services alongside standard warehousing and shipping.
