OpenSensors

OpenSensors supplies sensors and analytics that show how office space is actually used. Its software and sensor networks serve property and workplace teams who need evidence before changing their estate.

What OpenSensors offers

• Occupancy sensing — short studies, sensors moved between sites, permanent sensing in shared spaces, or a mix of these.
• Workplace analytics — turns the sensor data into figures on desk and room use.
• Scenario modelling — tests options such as shrinking an estate, changing the mix of meeting room sizes or setting a desk-sharing ratio.
• Deployment support — site inspection, off-site network staging, testing, installation and ongoing support by a team experienced in large sensor networks.

Who it works with

Corporate real estate and workplace teams, and businesses and communities that want to manage physical space using data. The company says it has built tailored solutions for more than 50 companies.
