ITDev agency

ITDev Agency acts as an outsourced IT department for businesses, covering computers, networks, servers, cybersecurity, backup, websites, CRM and automation. Its services include system administration for Windows and Linux, including user accounts, access policies and workstation setup; design, installation and optimisation of local networks for offices and warehouses; a basic security audit of access, network and workstation protection with a practical plan to reduce risk; and building a backup system for files, websites, servers and other critical data that includes testing that recovery actually works.

It also builds corporate websites, online shops and web systems, and implements or develops CRM systems and internal process tools, including AI assistants that integrate with CRM and messaging platforms. The company says it has around eighteen projects and fourteen client organisations in its portfolio, and offers both remote support and on-site visits.
