We are an outsourcing company based in Germany with development centers in Kyiv, Ukraine. We offer cutting edge software development services, highly skilled IT specialists and coaching in agile methodologies. Our three German founders have many years of experience in Nearshoring and software development.

We are specialized in the virtual team model. Our clients define which kind of developers and consultants they require, and in a short period, we will recruit and build a team of consultants with this skillset who will work exclusively for this client.

We will provide office space, equipment, recruitment, and retention – our clients will be able to integrate this team into their processes and company. Our clients will perceive the team as their own employees.

In addition, we offer consulting in recruiting aspects all across Europe. We recruit IT specialists for a vacant position and take care of the entire process.
