We develop workflows and custom solutions applied to a variety of image processing and analysis problems. These days we transition from classical methods into groundbreaking AI techniques, with a special role of Deep Learning. Our main focus is on microscopy and biomedical images; however, we also have a proven track of records with other image modalities.

Our signature technology platform, called VIRTUM, allows us to reach blazing speed, thanks to moving computation to the cloud. Using our custom image processing algorithms that are optimized to work on the hardware, equipped with GPU units, enables exceptionally high-performance computing.

We not only work with industrial partners, but we are also working closely with academic research units where our team supports scientists by bringing engineering to science. Our team is composed of ex-faculty members. Therefore, MicroscopeIT has a very good understanding of R&D processes held in academic setup to work efficiently.
