We are from the software industry, not from professional sports, but we are actually sporty guys where we “Cycle to Work”, participate in city cycle tours and marathons, encourage our teammates and friends to adopt yoga and healthy lifestyle, and more than anything work towards a healthy work-life balance with a stable routine.

“Cycle to Work” is a concept proposed by Mango IT Solutions where half the cycle cost is borne by the company, and if the team member cycles to work even a day per week for 6 months, remaining half is also refunded. The trick is in 6 months everyone gets so used to cycling that it becomes the norm for the rest of the life. It’s so simple to maintain one's fitness, not just physically but also mentally by just cycling to work daily. Our aim is to bring 1000 IT professionals of the city on cycle within 3 years.
