We are a Service Design Company that plans and accompanies the transformation of companies in a collaborative way.

Since 1993 we have been building, together with our customers, paths of lasting innovation which, through a design-driven approach, generate sustainable value and a shared sense for organizations, their people and their customers.

With a team of over 180 people, we are based in Milan, in the Ventura-Lambrate district, in the 2,400 square meters of spaces of the former Faema factory and an office in Paris.

Our company has 50 customers and together with whom we are developing over 70 projects. In 2017 Logotel, in addition to service design projects, involved over 5,000 people in training projects; in the last 16 years we have designed and managed over 30 still active Business Community Networks that connect and provide services and content to more than 80,000 people every day.
