About

iCom was founded in late 2011, in a phase of difficult economic crisis and great change.

The desire to develop the foundations of a service company with international horizons in Italy has led iCom towards the creation of the first, modern and innovative contact center unit in Grandate, in the province of Como.

Projected in a market in great change, iCom has been able to start a project that has wisely re-proposed consolidated commercial practices, adopting the most up-to-date communication channels and the most innovative IT techniques developing an overall synergy.

International projection

In 2013, in full expansion phase, it was identified in Istria, an international projection land for future iCom activities.

A multilingual region, historically close to Italy, was the ideal location to start the internationalization process.
