TECHNOLOGY

The inherent modularity and flexibility nature of the CorrosionRADAR's sensors allow deployment in various different configurations; suiting all monitoring applications from simple to very complex structures.
DETECT
CorrosionRADAR is a novel distributed sensing technology for detecting and predicting corrosion under insulation. Comprised of a long thin flexible sensor, it can detect and locate corrosion and moisture in the most inhospitable and inaccessible locations.
The remote monitoring and analytics system is specially developed to monitor Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) using permanently mounted sensors detecting corrosion and moisture in the insulation.
CONNECT
Coded electromagnetic signals are transmitted by the CorrosionRADAR sensor system. This data is collected wirelessly through one of a variety of methods, chosen by the client (e.g, WIFI, cellular, LoRa).
This data is then analyzed and presented to the client over CorrosionRADAR's simple and clear dashboard with information on the location and extent of corrosion or moisture is present.
PREDICT
The sensor data can remotely detect and predict corrosion development using advanced models and analytics. This can be incorporated into the existing asset management system of the asset owner.
Data is used to greatly enhance an existing Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) program and enabling the move to predictive corrosion management.
**FIELD USAGE
**Sensor sensitivity can be adapted to suit the environment and risk-level of the asset, providing comprehensive corrosion management control.
The multiple configurations of corrosion and moisture sensors are most effective at monitoring piping systems. This method can also be used to encircle pipes, vessels, and vats for circumference corrosion detection.
The mesh configuration with its uncompromising coverage can be used for the highest value vessels and pipework.
Finally, a helical configuration is also available. Providing excellent coverage alongside an economic layout, most assets are suitable for protection in this manner.
