The initial driver was the requirement in the reporting market for a new solution, which has been designed from day one with consideration for the more complex reporting requirements of Unified Communications. Since our inception, we have increased our product portfolio to include real-time wallboards, Voice Recording, DDI / DID Number Range Management and AI report generating bots. We have a focus on Microsoft UC, Amazon, and Cisco along with various dealer board solutions used in the finance sector.
