We've been involved in the startup ecosystem through startup scouting, programs, workshops, conferences and overview reports since 2014. Activize is becoming a network of people in Central and Eastern Europe, focused on startup ecosystem work: advisory and consultancy on tech trends, startups, business strategy, acceleration and educational programs, startup scouting, innovation processes.

Startup Scouting:
Helping venture capital funds, accelerators, companies, conferences or other organizations to find startups fitting their needs and criteria. We're constantly monitoring the Romanian startup ecosystem (800+ startups) and we're in touch with many of them.

Acceleration programs:
Helping companies innovate and collaborate with startups by creating acceleration programs from scratch, based on business needs. This can include designing the program, promoting, managing the program, consulting and working with the startups.

Corporate innovation:
Working with companies to understand a business case or problem which can be solved by using or building a new software product to satisfy the demand, either used internally or as a standalone company.

Consultancy and workshops:
Support through consultancy and workshops on various startup-related topics like idea validation, market research, prototyping, product management, go-to-market, business development, pitching and obtaining financing.
