ZeroComa

ZeroComa is a Madrid company that builds compliance software for businesses that invoice and report tax in Spain. Its products sit between a company's ERP and the Spanish authorities, issuing and receiving electronic invoices, sending invoice records to the Tax Agency (AEAT) and collecting official notifications from public administrations so that deadlines are not missed. The company says it has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation work and handles more than 17 million invoices a year.

What it does

The product range covers each of the Spanish reporting regimes. EdasNEO watches official electronic mailboxes around the clock, downloads and archives notifications and assigns them by rule, with alerts and evidence of receipt; ZeroComa says it connects to more than 98% of public administration entry points. InvoiZE issues and receives B2B electronic invoices, prepared for the obligation under the Ley Crea y Crece, and reports invoice records under VeriFactu (Royal Decree 1007/2023, with QR codes and record traceability). EdasSII automates Immediate Supply of Information (SII) VAT reporting, and further modules handle SILICIE excise ledgers and TicketBAI and BATUZ for the Basque provincial tax offices. The software integrates with ERPs including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and Sage, and there are developer versions of the e-invoicing and VeriFactu services.

Who it serves

ZeroComa sells to Spanish companies and to foreign firms that fall under Spanish rules. Namirial's announcement of 21 October 2026 gives more than 650 customers, including 20% of IBEX 35 companies; ZeroComa's own site says more than 33,000 companies use its solutions. It also runs a partner programme.
