VinNOW

VinNOW is winery management software that pulls customer records, product data, sales from every channel, inventory and accounting into a single system. It was created by winery owners who also write software: their software business began in 1993, a Sonoma winery asked them to build VinNOW in 1999, and in 2001 the founders purchased Milano Family Winery in Hopland, California.

What VinNOW offers

• Point of sale — tasting room sales, card processing, gift cards and an online shopping cart.
• Wine clubs — one-step club runs with automated card charging that print UPS, FedEx and GLS labels and track shipments.
• Back office — inventory across several locations, accounting, CRM, compliance and automated reports.
• VinTracker — an extra module that bills bulk wine and custom-crush work.
• Integrations — links with QuickBooks, Constant Contact, Vertical Response, ShipCompliant and VinoShipper.
