Vindow

Vindow runs an online sourcing platform for contracted hotel accommodation. It brings the request-for-proposal process, contract management and data analysis together in one system, and presents itself as a neutral marketplace between the buyers and sellers of hotel contracts. The listing places it in the United States.

What Vindow offers

• Online RFP creation — buyers build a hotel request for proposal that records the exact needs of a travelling group.
• Contract management — contracts are handled inside the same platform, which is meant to make renewals simpler and avoid moving data between systems.
• Data intelligence — analysis of buyer behaviour, fair market rates, guest satisfaction, property benchmarking and sustainability to support sourcing choices.
• Marketplace — a shared space where hotel sellers and corporate buyers complete transactions.

Who it works with

The platform is aimed at corporate travel managers running company travel programmes and at third-party sourcing agents who negotiate contracted rooms on behalf of clients.
