UniteGPS

UniteGPS makes Crosswalk K-12, software for running school bus transport in K-12 districts. The product grew from a simple question parents in Maine kept asking: when will the bus actually arrive? Today it covers routing, driver navigation, rider tracking and parent updates in one system.

Services

• Route planning and optimisation: builds bus routes and syncs with school student information systems, with printable directions.
• Driver navigation: turn-by-turn directions on tablets carried on every bus.
• Student ridership: check-in and check-out of pupils as they board and leave.
• Live GPS tracking: real-time bus locations for the transport office.
• Parent visibility: an app showing families where their child's bus is.
• Communication centre: messaging between the transport team and others.

Districts can start free or ask for a route study at no cost.

Who it serves

The software is for K-12 transportation departments that want straightforward tools rather than complicated systems.
