Trendspek is a software company, trading as Trendspek Pty Ltd, that builds a shared digital record of how physical assets are performing. Its product is called a Structural Lifecycle Management System, and it supports inspecting, planning and monitoring buildings and industrial structures in 3D.
The platform follows five stages. Records holds the asset's history, Inspect captures its current condition, Analyse and report turns findings into outputs, Plan and remediate supports repair decisions and budgets, and Monitor tracks change over time. The company lists integration with maintenance, enterprise resource and business intelligence systems at the planning stage, and AI defect detection and change flagging at the monitoring stage.
Its site also describes portfolio insights, an automated defect detection feature called Autodetect AI, and security controls including multi-factor authentication, single sign-on and private cloud hosting options.
Trendspek names asset owners, engineers, capture service providers and alliance partners as its users. The industries it lists are buildings and property, higher education, ports and maritime, and oil and gas. Logos on its home page include Chevron, CBRE, Westfield, Scentre Group, Port of Melbourne, SA Water, National Grid and the University of Sydney, and a case study covers NSW Ports.
